Design andengineering,side by side

Most projects need all of it: a clear interface, solid engineering underneath, the automation that saves your team hours, and the SEO that brings people in. We do the four together, so nothing gets lost between agencies.

How a project runs

You see working software early and often. Every stage ends with something you can review, not a status update.

  1. Stage 1

    Discovery

We learn your goals, your users and your constraints, and write down what we think the problem is. If we disagree with the brief, you hear it here.

    Problem statement and success measures

  2. Stage 2

    Plan

A written plan covering scope, data model, roles and what ships first, with a fixed price for the next phase.

    Scope, architecture and quote

  3. Stage 3

    Build

Short design and build cycles. Every week ends with a working version you can click through, not a status update.

Weekly demo on a live preview link

  4. Stage 4

    Launch and grow

We ship, monitor and keep improving — or hand everything over with documentation and a walkthrough for your team.

    Production release, docs and handover

Three ways to work with us

Fixed-scope project

A defined product or website, quoted per phase after discovery. You approve each phase before it starts and can stop at any boundary.

Best for: New builds and rebuilds

Monthly retainer

A set number of days each month for improvements, support and new features on a system already in production.

Best for: Live products that keep evolving

Audit and advice

A short, fixed-price review of your code, security, SEO or prototype, with a written report and a prioritised list of fixes.

Best for: Inherited or AI-generated systems

Before you ask

  • It depends on scope, so we quote after a short discovery call. A company website is typically a few weeks of work; a business system with payments and roles is usually one to three months. You get a fixed price per phase before any work starts.

  • Most websites launch in three to six weeks. Business systems are delivered in slices, so you're using the first part within weeks while the rest is built.

  • Yes. We're based in Accra and work with teams across Ghana and further afield. Most collaboration happens over video calls, shared preview links and a weekly demo.

  • Usually, and it tends to go better. We pair with your engineers during the build so the patterns stay after we leave.

  • You do, from the first commit. Repositories live in your organisation, design files are shared, and every account is in your name.

  • Either we hand everything over with documentation and a walkthrough, or we stay on a monthly retainer for improvements and support. Your choice — there's no lock-in.

Tell us what you're building.

Share a few lines about the product and your timeline. We'll reply with how we'd approach it — and an honest answer on whether we're the right fit.

Every brief is read by Mark Okutu, founder and lead developer, and he replies to each one personally.
