Who we are

Pixelspective is a design and engineering studio based in Accra, Ghana. This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through this website. If you have questions, email pixelspective1@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send a project brief we collect your name, email address, company (if you give it) and the details you write about your project. We use this only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal.

Our hosting provider records standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use and store it

Briefs are delivered to our inbox and may be stored with our email and database providers, who process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement plus any period required by law. We never sell your information.

Your rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and similar laws where you live, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond promptly.

Cookies

This site uses only what is strictly necessary to work, such as remembering that you've seen the intro animation during your visit. It does not set advertising cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
